Claims must be made in writing by registered mail no later than 3 days after receiving the goods. Claims regarding a defect, non-conformity, or vice will no longer be accepted if the item(s) have already been sold to a third party at the time of the dispute.<\/p>\n
<\/strong><\/p>\n Our invoices are payable in cash in Ypres, net and without discount. Neither the delivery of bills of exchange nor staggered payments constitute novation and do not constitute a waiver of the jurisdiction clause.<\/p>\n Amounts not settled by their due date automatically incur, without formal notice, the application of an interest rate of 15% per annum. \nFor any disputes arising from the application of these terms, the contracting parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Ypres district, even in the event that our contracting parties are domiciled in a country other than Belgium.
